Central Intelligence Agency Director John Brennan told the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday that U.S. efforts have not reduced the "terrorism capability and global reach" of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) or the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
