CIA Chief Says No Country Wants to See 'a Collapse of the Government' in Damascus

CIA Director John Brennan said at a Council on Foreign Relations event on Friday that neither the U.S., Russia nor members of the anti-ISIS coalition in the Middle East “wants to see a collapse of the government and political institutions in Damascus.”
