Chris Matthews kept labeling the Republicans' questioning of Elena Kagan as a "culture war" Tuesday. This time Matthews said that listening to Sen. Jeff Sessions is like listening to "the Confederacy...the conservative view of the Deep South," as opposed to Kagan's Northeastern liberal academic background.
