China, Maduro Regime Criticize US Over Racism; UK Says it’s a Global Problem

Before the U.N. Human Rights Council on Tuesday adopted a resolution creating a new mechanism focusing on issues of racism and “the legacies of colonialism and the transatlantic slave trade,” represenatives of China and the Maduro regime directed their criticism largely at the United States. Britain’s delegate argued that “contemporary racism is a global challenge affecting all regions.”
