A Chicago cop tells reporters from NBC Chicago their First Amendment right can be terminated if they're "creating a scene or whatever".

One of the reporters threatens to file a lawsuit in which the cop responds, “I don't care about no damn lawsuit!  F*ck a lawsuit. Just ’cause you sue doesn’t mean you’re going to win.”

Donte Williams, a photographer for WGN-TV Chicago, was then arrested along with another journalist and detained for 10 minutes. They were then released without charge.
