In Moscow on Wednesday, National Security Advisor John Bolton said Presidents Trump and Putin will meet soon. Trump has decided direct communication is in the U.S. interests “despite the political noise,” said Bolton, who also resisted journalists’ attempts to nail him down on his own previous hawkish comments about the Russian leader.
