In a CNN interview broadcast on Sunday, Secretary of State Antony Blinken was asked whether China should be “punished” for misleading the world about the coronavirus outbreak, but seemed reluctant to say as much. He offered some criticism of China, but said, “our focus needs to be on building a stronger system for the future.”
