Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, president and founder of Brotherhood of a New Destiny (BOND), said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV that Michael Brown is to blame for his own death and that his parents should be "embarrassed" because they did not raise him right.
