According to police, a gang of motorcyclists bashed in the window of an SUV and pummeled its driver in front of his wife and 2-year-old daughter in upper Manhattan Sunday afternoon.
Motorcycles chased the vehicle after a minor accident led them to slash the tires of the vehicle according to police. The chase was recorded on camera and posted on You Tube.
