Barney Frank: ‘Let Me Own Up’ to the ‘Radical Homosexual Agenda'

When speaking at the enrollment ceremony for the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” the law banning homosexuals from serving openly in the armed forces, Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) had a message for those “worried about the radical homosexual agenda.”
