Author John Hood is an educator, political columnist, and Chairman of The John Locke Foundation with a history of writing books on economics. Hood is currently turning the page on what people may expect him to write with his new book 'Mountain Folk.'
The first in a series, 'Mountain Folk' combines elements of folklore, fantasy and characters from American History. Fairies fly alongside Daniel Boone and George Washington in order to fight for American principles and against mystical monsters.
