Arkansas State Representative Hudson Hallum pled guilty to election fraud for his involvement in a scheme during a 2011 special primary election to destroy absentee ballots and buy votes with cheap liquor, money, and food. Keep in mind, Hallum won the primary by only eight votes. It's probably a safe bet that his fraud changed the outcome of the election. Just remember, voter fraud is a myth. It never happens.
