Arab Journalist: I Give Obama a ‘C-Minus, If Not Worse’ For Syria

A White House official defended President Obama over the Syria “red line” episode on Monday, after an Arab journalist during a panel discussion in Qatar said he would give Obama’s handling of Syria a “C-minus, if not worse.”
