Karl’s report described both front-runners, Neil Gorsuch and Thomas Hardiman, as conservative picks that would get pushback from Democrats. Stephanopoulos agree by oddly pointing out that Gorsuch and Hardiman were both “young white men” so they fit the typical choice from a Republican president.
