ABC's morning and evening newscasts, as of the morning of 8 October 2016, have yet to report on the 7 October 2016 release of purported excerpts from some of Hillary Clinton's speeches to corporate audiences. The same programs on the evening of 7 October 2016 and the morning of 8 October 2016. hyped the vulgar Donald Trump audio from 2005. By contrast, the 7 October 2016 of CBS Evening News mentioned how the website Wikileaks "published...some embarrassing excerpts from her [Clinton's] paid Wall Street speeches." The 8 October 2016 edition of NBC's Today and CBS This Morning Saturday also aired full reports on the potentially-problematic revelations for the Democratic nominee," as the latter newscast put it.
