Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden ventured out of his basement on Tuesday and during his first press conference in months, Fox News correspondent Doug McKelway pressed him on whether or not he’s been tested for “cognitive decline;” a serious concern for a man Biden’s age. Biden came back with a rather braggadocious response, but neither ABC’s World News Tonight nor CBS Evening News shared that exchange with viewers. MITCHELL: In his first news conference in three months, Biden also said he has not been tested for COVID because he has no symptoms. But when asked by Fox News if he's been tested for cognitive decline --

BIDEN: I'm been testing. I’m constantly testing. Look, all you've got to do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I'm running against.
