He argued that the news media rely on Republicans and Democrats to “believe what’s being said in the mainstream news media,” but Trump’s preventing that from happening due to the “real damage” he’s inflicted on the country. “He is doing real damage to the First Amendment in this country when he refers to the news media as the enemies of the…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. CNN’s Jim Acosta has become a prominent media figure thanks to the presidential campaign and is frequently blogged on NewsBusters. On Wednesday at Washington D.C.’s The Newseum, Acosta was unhinged, ruling it’s un-American to harshly criticize the media and apocalyptically spoke of Trump eradicating the media. Acosta appeared with fellow White…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. On Tuesday’s Hardball, MSNBC host Chris Matthews upped the ante on his obsession with calling the Trump family the 21st century Romanovs, doing so for the 12th different show in 2017. He went one step further here, hinting that “we know what happened to the Romanovs” as in that some were murdered by the Bolsheviks. 12 minutes into the show,…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. This is the closest Brian Williams will ever get to having a Pulitzer Prize: talking about them. Wrapping up Tuesday’s The 11th Hour on MSNBC, Williams joked with a hint of seriousness on the day the Pulitzers were awarded that the Trump presidency is known as “the 2017 Full Employment Act for Journalists.” “Today, they were rewarded by their…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. Needless to say, the knives were out on MSNBC to attack the U.S. military’s airstrikes in Syria late Thursday night and early Friday. MSNBC was in full spin mode Thursday night following the U.S. airstrikes in Syria, denouncing President Trump for an “awkward” speech and strikes that may not have been legal, but also chiding him for doing something that might embolden Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to retaliate by inflicting more pain on his own people. Breaking news co-…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. Following President Trump’s Thursday night address to the nation about the U.S. military’s air strikes against the Syrian military, MSNBC breaking news co-anchors Brian Williams and Rachel Maddow slammed Trump ad-libbing on a speech like this, knocked his “awkward” delivery, and questioned whether his compassion for the Syrian people was…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. Leave it to MSNBC anchor and serial liar Brian Williams to step in it on a breaking news night. On Thursday night after the U.S. military fired over 50 missiles at a Syrian military base, Williams whined about the cost of the missiles and complained that it endangered Americans.  Williams was speaking to NBC News chief foreign correspondent…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. The Sarin gas attack on Tuesday in Syria was one of the worst atrocities this generation has ever seen, but when it came to the U.S. fighting for those affected, all MSNBC’s maniacal hooligans Chris Matthews and David Corn could think of is how any military strikes would distract from the Russia investigations.  Speaking on Hardball to…
