The View's Dem Hacks Defend Bigoted Omar, Slam GOP as 'Islamophobic'

[See NewsBusters for more.] Given the level of hypocrisy on The View, it should be no surprise that co-host Sunny Hostin on Monday defended the hateful comments by Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, smearing GOP attacks on her as just another example of the Republican Party’s “Islamophobia.” Days after Omar compared the U.S. and Israel to Hamas and the Taliban, Hostin huffed, “This is just more of the same of the GOP's strategy of attacking the squad, of attacking women of color, of attacking Ilhan Omar in particular. It's evidence of their Islamophobia.”
