University of Michigan Hosts Taxpayer Funded Panel Attacking Republicans

The University of Michigan hosted an event on Monday titled “The Republican War on Women.”  The university did change the name to “The Republican War on Women?” after there was outcry over the event’s title because accusing one party of being sexist is OK as long as you add a question mark at the end of your statement.  The panel did not include a single conservative woman, even though the university’s tax exempt status requires that both sides be equally represented.  One of the panelists previously written that she was “ashamed” by women who would vote for Mitt Romney.  The event was moderated by an Obama donor who wrote an article entitled “It’s the Stupid Republicans, Stupid.”  Despite this, the university asserted that this event was non-partisan.
