UN Spokesman Sidesteps Questions on How Officials Should Respond to ‘Caravan’ Migrants Who Stormed Border to Enter Mexico

The U.N. wants U.S. and Mexican authorities to consider each case of migrants in the “caravan” headed for the U.S. “individually,” but a spokesman on Monday declined to be drawn when asked what the authorities were expected to do if the migrants do not want to be processed individually, but instead cross borders illegally.
