During an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Monday night, former View co-host Rosie O'Donnell said she has "compassion" for Meghan McCain after her father's passing but still scolded the current View co-host for being "mean" to Joy Behar, who O'Donnell hailed as a "living legend" and "elder statesman."
