Rep. Raskin on His 25th Amendment Bill in 2018: ‘We Need Every Tool in the Constitutional Toolkit’

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), who proposed a bill in 2017 to set up a body to evaluate “presidential capacity” – and is doing so again this year – said in 2018, “We need every tool in the constitutional toolkit out on the table to get us through this very difficult period in American history.”
