Just when you thought MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell was finished on Wednesday night in fawning over President Barack Obama as “the most noble man” to ever be President (above supposedly genocidal racists George Washington), the Last Word host was just getting started as he charted Election Day as the moment marking a decline in American civilization thanks to Donald Trump’s election.
Even then, O’Donnell hadn’t completed his epic meltdown as he lamented at the idea that America’s college students and children were somehow uniformly upset with Trump winning and cried late into the night but should be hopeful that Senate Democrats will be firm obstructionists in stopping Trump and the Republicans.
