Nets Ignore Upsurge in Attacks Against GOP Candidates and Lawmakers

With the midterms just three weeks away, the radical left have been lashing out more and more against GOP candidates and lawmakers as Election Day drew closer. In recent days, the left has taken to even physically assaulting people on the right. This rash of attacks and threats had gone largely unreported on the major broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC). But during Wednesday’s edition of Tucker Carlson Tonight, Fox News anchor Trace Gallagher reported what the networks refused to.

Up first was an incident in Minnesota where “state GOP Representative Sarah Anderson says she confronted a man for kicking down her campaign sign” when he punched her. The assailant called her an “anarchist” and told her “she should kill herself”. “He comes charging at me and gets between me and the car door so I couldn't shut the car door. And I didn't want to just -- I froze basically,” Anderson said in a soundbite.

Without leaving Minnesota, there was “first-time candidate Shane Mekeland [who] says he was at a restaurant in Benton County Minnesota talking about campaign issues when he was blindsided.” According to Mekeland, “This gal over here asked me something and I was talking to her and that's when this gentleman literally just punched me out of nowhere.

“Mekeland says he blacked out when he hit the ground of medical records show he suffered a concussion. Police are investigating both attacks,” Gallagher added.
