MSNBC daytime host Katy Tur, on Sunday’s Meet the Press, justified the far-left “Green New Deal” by contending it’s needed to address how the UN “said we have 12 years before complete disaster” and a representative of the Marshall Islands claimed it “could amount to genocide.” Hyping the worst case scenarios, she credulously relayed how “millions and millions and millions of people will die” and so “there is an appetite among voters out there” who are saying “‘hey, let’s do something.’”
