Maduro Minister Gathers Allies at the UN

Flanked by allies including representatives from Russia, Cuba, North Korea, Iran and the Assad regime, the embattled Maduro regimes’ foreign minister, Jorge Arreaza, on Thursday said the group would work together to uphold the principles of the U.N. Charter, including respect for other countries’ territorial integrity, and refraining from the use of force.
