Hoyer on Health Bill: No Tax Hike, No Deficit Spending

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D.-Md.) told a town hall meeting that the health care bill would not lead to a tax hike or deficit spending, and that if it was not paid for he would not vote for it.
