The context this time was an 8th Circuit ruling on Thursday that held that Minnesota's secretary of state does not have the power to rewrite the state's election law stating that absentee ballots must be received on Election Day in order to count. This win for constitutional government was described by host Poppy Harlow in partisan terms, "But the Republicans just won a huge court victory overnight when it comes to voting in that state."
