Despite Multiple Flip-Flops, Scarborough Says His '94 2nd Amendment Positions 'Very Consistent' With Today's

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough claims his positions on 2nd Amendment rights are "very consistent" with those expressed in a 1994 NRA questionnaire, when he was running for Congress.   In 1994 he opposed an assault weapons ban, the expansion of background checks, and limitations on magazine capacity.  Today he supports all three measures.
