Cuomo: Trump Admin Doesn't Know 'Where the Heart of This Country Lies'

During his closing argument Tuesday night, CNN host Chris Cuomo slammed the Trump administration's decision to refuse to issue renewals for the medical deferred action program; calling the decision "a huge blow to who we are" before reading aloud an excerpt of his favorite poem, The New Colossus. As his monologue came to a close, Cuomo proclaimed "the bigger problem with this policy is that it's proof they don't know where the heart of this country lies." Cuomo asked the audience "what do you want your country to be about?" Cuomo apparently wants the country to be about letting everyone in the world come and stay in the country indefinitely.
