Board of Education during a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. When discussing her exchange with Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), CNN Chief Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin went after Vitter's position on abortion, suggesting that her pro-life advocacy may disqualify her from serving on the bench.
