Biden Said in 2012 ‘We Are Working Hand in Glove’ With Sunni Allies on Syria

Vice-President Joe Biden’s stinging assessment that Sunni allies had been “our largest problem” in fueling extremism in Syria – comments for which he has now apologized – are in contrast to remarks he made two years ago when he said the U.S. was “working hand in glove” with those countries on Syria.
