She quoted New York Times columnist Michelle Goldberg talking about how voters "fantasize" about Whitmer replacing Biden on the ticket this year.

On Easter Sunday, CBS’s Face the Nation turned to two prominent Washington religious leaders. One of them was Cardinal Wilton Gregory, the Catholic archbishop of Washington. When host Ed O'Keefe tried to get Gregory to define how Biden "resonates" with his church, Gregory categorized him as a "cafeteria Catholic," who only chooses the teaching he likes.

All the evening newscasts led with the House hearing with special counsel Robert Hur. NBC and White House reporter Gabe Gutierrez was the sharpest and most substantive, while ABC and their White House repeater Mary Bruce concluded with spin that Biden’s interview with Hur had “vivid” moments and he was “joking” with interviewers.
