On day 5, b.p. is under control and low. But, I have kept salt intake to the minimal. IF I went back to eating the way I did, it MIGHT make three days of fasting for nothing. So it's been three days since I got my b.p. under control, but, again, I'm eating differently, and, the experiment continues as I experiment with foods that might increase my blood pressure again.

B.P. climbed steadily from the second day on. When 3 whole days passed, B.P was 230+/115 with a heart rate of 150 beats per minute. For the first time in my life, I took medication when fruit failed to lower it. But...a light at the end of the tunnel for video five.

I thought the first video in this war on my hypertension wasn't very good, so, this is another video a few hours later into the battle with my weapon of using only bottled water and no other substances. Sorry about the sound quality. This was me about 18 hours without food.

Having high blood pressure for nearly 20 years, I finally decide to fight it by going on a seven day fast of just drinking bottled water and prayers in an effort to beat the silent killer without meds. So far, in this video, I have never taken blood pressure medication. I end up losing 13 pounds in three days in the process.
