One woman has America laughing in a viral video captured after her Tulsa, Oklahoma building caught on fire.
While apartment fires are usually no laughing matter, firefighters noted the strangely upbeat attitude of the building's residents when they arrived on the scene. One local television station noted that the video, featuring building resident Michelle Dobyne, "had our entire newsroom laughing."
