Vogue Asks, 'Why Do White Women Keep Voting for the GOP Against Their Own Interests?'

Liberal magazine Vogue in an article published on Friday asked why white women keep voting for the Republican Party "against their own interests."

The writer, Michelle Ruiz, called it a "bleak election night ritual" to see that "white women vote overwhelmingly" for "conservative Republican male candidates."

She said that it happened during the 2016 presidential election and yet again in the midterm election.

"And while there were many thrilling, historic wins for progressive women and women of color in particular in the 2018 midterms, as well as data showing that some white women are peeling away from Trump, white women overall rendered more disappointment," writes Ruiz.

She goes on to say that while black women "have proven themselves to be the often-underappreciated backbone of the Democratic party, white women voters are establishing themselves as maddeningly, confusingly … unsisterly."

While shaming white Republican women, she has the nerve to say that them voting red is "shame inducing" for progressive white women "that they are part of a demographic that has the power to decide key elections but continually uses it in favor of candidates whose policies are anti-women."

She theorizes that maybe white conservative women are "so invested in their own white privilege that they simply don't care about other women," or maybe they are "parroting their Republican husbands and/or brainwashed by Fox & Friends."

"Maybe and maybe," Ruiz writes. "But either way, the rest of us shouldn’t be shocked, because if history serves, there is plenty of precedent for white women protecting their own power and status."

She then used Ivanka Trump as an example, shaming her and saying it was "ink spilled" and time wasted for feminists hoping she would be "some sort of progressive heroine in her father's White House." Ruiz also insulted White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders as a mother for not being "disgusted with the Trump administration's family separations at the border."

Other liberal outlets attacked white women, too, with headlines such as "The betrayal of white women voters" and "Half of white women continue to vote Republican. What's wrong with them?"

Following the midterm elections, as MRCTV reported, liberal feminists lost their minds on social media, shaming and insulting any and all white women for not voting the way they wanted and going so far as to call them "foot soldiers of the patriarchy."

Yet another example of women shaming women, Hillary Clinton blamed white women -- among a laundry list of other reasons -- for her failed presidential campaign against then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

It's so insulting that Clinton and these so-called "feminists" believe white women can't and don't think for themselves. Perhaps they just value small government, a free market, religious freedom, and national security. Why is that so hard to believe?
