Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke made a stop in Newtown, Connecticut on Wednesday to discuss gun prevention laws during a local community meeting...

...and a resident tore into him for his policies.

As WTIC-TV reports:

The former Texas congressman met with local gun violence prevention groups, such as the Newtown Action Alliance and Moms Demand Action, at the Newtown Community Center.

“I know that the people of this community understand this better than perhaps any other community in this country and not just the devastation, the grief and the lost, but what those solutions are,” O’Rourke said in reference to gun violence.

Rebecca Carnes, a mother who's fed up with O’Rourke’s political talk, took the time to expose what she believes his gun policies would do to Americans and his avoidance of talking about issues that really matter.

“They’re here to hijack this town and to try to make an issue out of getting guns out of good peoples’ hands that can make a difference, and you know that Beto,” Rebecca Carnes said.

Carnes went on to call the presidential hopeful’s talk “bull****” and pointed the discussion toward mental health and the left’s war on boys and masculinity.

“C’mon, bring it on, Beto!” Carnes continued. “Let me hear, what do you have to say about mental health? What do you have to say about urban violence? You don’t care.”

“The Democrats have been in charge of urban communities and cities for decades,” she said. “The Democrats have failed.”

As Carnes expressed her mind, different residents attempted to have her removed. But that didn’t stop her from finishing her train of thought.

“Democrats are out. Trump 2020, he’s saving this world. You guys are corrupt liars, and you know it Beto,” she concluded.
