Using an attachment called a “Searzall,” you can actually hand-sear your steaks instead of instantly charring them with a naked flame.

The “Searzall” spreads the flame in a wider, more even distribution. This allows you to legitimately cook a thin slice of steak all the way through while perfectly searing the outside surface.
