Trans 'Woman' Jessica Yaniv Slams Gynecologist For Refusing to Treat Him Because He's a Man

Transgender “woman” and activist Jessica Yaniv, best known for unsuccessfully attempting to sue 15 Canadian beauticians and salon owners for refusing to wax his male genitals, is now complaining he was turned away by a gynecologist’s office who told him they don’t offer medical services transgender clients.

Let me put that in an even simpler way: a biological man is mad at a women’s health provider for not treating him, despite the fact that he doesn’t have lady parts to treat. Now, to remind, gynecology is, by definition, “The branch of physiology and medicine which deals with the functions and diseases specific to women and girls, especially those affecting the reproductive system.”

Gyno

So this makes about as much sense as a bald guy getting angry at a barber for declining to cut the hair the man doesn’t have. It has nothing to do with how Yaniv feels about himself, or whether he wishes his outie was an innie. Gender dysphoria aside, you either have the physical reality of female reproductive parts, or you don’t.

And he don't.

But apparently, actually possessing the very anatomical areas that you’re asking the gynecologist to examine takes a backseat to Yaniv’s personal beliefs about himself. Yaniv tweeted Monday, “So a gynaecologist office that I got referred to literally told me today that ‘we don't serve transgender patients.’ And me, being me, I'm shocked.. and confused... and hurt. Are they allowed to do that, legally? Isn't that against the college practices?”

While Yaniv didn’t make an express threat against the clinic (yet), it wouldn’t be outside the realm of possibility for him to sue over the perceived slight, however logical it may be. After all, we’re talking about a guy who took over a dozen in-home spa owners to court, and even put a couple of them out of business, simply for saying they didn’t want to handle his hairy man junk, so it wouldn’t exactly be a stretch to assume he’d file another suit against a physician’s office for declining to provide medical services for the imaginary vagina he doesn’t have.
