When one graduate (whose Instagram account is beautyyallure_) went to take a selfie with Biden, he surprised her with a big wet kiss on the cheek.
Teen Vogue thinks this is a young girl's dream-come-true. Their article swoons "one college graduate somehow managed to stay chill for just long enough to receive an actual kiss on the cheek from our beloved former vice president."
Creepy or cute? This is for you, dear reader, to decide.
However, allow me to point out that this is far from the first time Uncle Joe has been a little too forward.
