In a sad day for science and basic human decency, a jury in Texas on Monday ruled against Jeffrey Younger, a father who is trying to protect his 7-year-old son from being forced to “transition” into a girl by his mother.
In an 11-to-1 vote, the jury denied Younger Sole Managing Conservatorship over James and his twin brother, Jude, a position he said he was trying to win to keep his ex-wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, from chemically castrating the boy in order to turn him into a female.
Younger said in an interview earlier this year that his ex-wife dresses the boy as a “drag queen” whenever he video chats with his son, saying, “He has false eyelashes and makeup. His hair has got glitter in it. He’s wearing a dress.”
The Daily Wire reported back in November that “court documents show that Younger’s son only dresses as a girl when he’s with his mother, who calls the boy by his trans name and has even enrolled James as ‘Luna’ in school. According to Younger, however, James consistently chooses to wear boy’s clothes, ‘violently refuses to wear girl’s clothes at my home,’ and identifies as a boy whenever he is around him.”
Now, however, the child has reportedly been “socially transitioned” and goes by his new female moniker in school, which has allegedly been adopted by all staff and faculty.
“I’m the only authority figure in his life that tells him the truth - that he’s actually a boy,” Younger said.
The distraught father claimed that Georgulas had been bullying their son into behaving like a girl for years, saying she would lock him in his room and tell him monsters only eat little boys and would only show the child affection if he was acting like a female.
Now, thanks to the jury’s decision, Georgulas has been given the legal go-ahead to give the boy puberty blockers and hormones, a ruling Younger said is forcing him to “affirm a delusion.”
“Every. Single. Day. You have to see your son sexually abused, and you have to maintain your calm,” he said, “because the courts are not going to be fair to you. And the only way you can survive this and get your son through this alive is to calmly allow your son to be tortured right before your eyes and outlast the opposition. That’s what it’s like.”
