And the McCammond Saga continues.

For those of you just joining us, newly hired Teen Vogue editor Alexi McCammond announced last Thursday on Twitter that she was quitting her job for having posted tweets with supposedly racist and homophobic content in 2011. Some of the company staff had objected to hiring McCammond for that reason, including senior social media manager Christine Davitt.

But it turns out that Davitt is just as guilty of "racism" as McCammond.

According to the Blaze, Davitt herself had posted her own tweets with racist content back in 2009.

Davitt had reportedly posted "So proud of my @teenvogue colleagues. The work continues…" on Instagram after 20 staff members sent a letter to management that questioned the wisdom of hiring McCammond, a young black woman who supposedly flouted the ideals of inclusion, diversity, and equality, which the wildly leftist Teen Vogue is known to ardently uphold. Davitt’s signature was in the letter, even though she herself had used racial slurs online, fully two years before McCammond.

After McCammond quit, Davitt purportedly tweeted, "[Exhales the deepest sigh I have ever sighed]," in reaction to McCammond’s departure, exhibiting the usual left-wing trait of delighting in the misfortune of non-woke miscreants.

Davitt has since locked her Twitter account, presumably to hide the evidence of her own hypocrisy.

As usual, the lack of self-awareness in woke leftists is creating embarrassing incidents. But justice still needs to be served. Since McCammond quit her job due to her old racist tweets, Davitt should do the same. Whether she actually will remains to be seen.
