The president of the Berkley Teachers’ Union got caught dropping his kid off at her private preschool this week after spending months bending over backwards to keep public schools closed to tens of thousands of other children. Because as we’ve all learned by now, over in the Golden State the ultra-elite and politically connected get to play by an entirely different set of rules than us peasants, who get to grovel for scraps while our overlords dictate what’s best for us.
While white privilege might not be a real thing, liberal privilege sure is, and it means never having to suffer the consequences of the terrible policies you make everyone else live by.
