A woman claiming to be a “teacher,” who launched into a racist attack against a LA Sheriff’s deputy, reportedly filed a complaint claiming she was the one who had been harassed.
In the now viral video, a woman who was pulled over last month for using her cell phone while driving goes on insane, racist, rant against the officer. Calling him a “Mexican racist," a “murderer” and tells the officer "You are always going to be a Mexican. You will never be white. You know that, right?"

The officer involved has reportedly been with the force for the past 14 years, telling the station he recorded the interaction on both his official department-issued bodycam, and a personal one he bought to 'protect himself from false allegations.'
Multiple news organizations report that the woman has a history of making false reports against law enforcement officers. Her name is currently being withheld, but it does seem with all the attention this incident is getting, it is only a matter of time before this “teacher” will have to answer to the parents in her community for her behavior.
