President Trump in a series of tweets Monday morning slammed the “Fake News Media” for blaming him for the New Zealand mosques mass shooting that killed 50 people and injured several others.
Trump called the accusation “so ridiculous.”
“The Fake News Media is working overtime to blame me for the horrible attack in New Zealand,” he tweeted. “They will have to work very hard to prove that one. So Ridiculous!”
As MRCTV and TownHall reported, the media and liberals were quick to blame President Trump for the mass murder despite how the suspected shooter has been identified as an anti-gun rights radical environmentalist who admired China and condemned capitalism among other ideals.
Trump following news of the shooting tweeted that, "The U.S. stands by for anything we can do."
"God bless all!” he wrote.
