Caitlyn Jenner might identify as a U.S. Senator.

In a radio interview on Sunday, Jenner said a run for the U.S. Senate seat in California may be in the cards. Jenner said, "I have considered it."

"The political side of it has always been very intriguing to me. Over the next six months or so, I got to find out where I can do a better job. Can I do a better job from the outside?" Jenner continued. "But, yeah, I would look for a Senatorial run."

The former Olympic athlete and transgender icon made liberals head spin when she identified as a Republican. "I feel like our best hope to get back to a constitutional government with 18 enumerated powers is in the Republican Party," Jenner said in a speech last year during the Republican National Convention.

Jenner told Tucker Carlson earlier this year that "coming out" as a conservative received more backlash than coming out as a transgender woman. But running as a Republican for Senate? I guess we'll see how that goes over.

Hey, it's 2017. Donald Trump is President of the United States and Kid Rock is running for Congress. Anything can happen.
