Video surveillance footage captured the fantastic moment when a bartender and former Marine disarmed a would-be robber, then proceeded to beat the stuffing out of him with his own weapon.
WTAJ reports a man suspected of previously robbing a local Sunoco convenience store walked into Ajay’s Bar in Altoona, Pennsylvania at around 1 a.m. on Wednesday, pulled out a gun and demanded the bartender empty out his cash register. But while he was handing over the money, the bartender – who also happened to be a highly trained former Marine combat veteran – proceeded to grab the guy’s firearm, whack him in the head with it, then punch him repeatedly in the face.

Police say they’re now looking for the subject, identified as a 5’7” black man who they say “will have bruises and gashes on their face from the incident last night.”
