It's day four of the Democrat portion of the Senate impeachment trial, and in between hearing the same "evidence" for the 8,914,063rd time, House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) really pushed the Russian collusion narrative to paint President Donald Trump as a puppet of Russian president Vladimir Putin's regime.

After playing a clip of Trump's remarks during a joint press conference in Helsinki, Finland on July 16, 2018, Schiff seemed to convey bewilderment - as if he'd never seen the clip before - at Trump taking Putin at his word that Russia didn't interfere in the 2016 election.

That's called "diplomacy." What did Schiff want him to do? Start World War III by spitting in Putin's face and calling him a liar? Sure, some people wouldn't mind that, but even the sometimes brash Trump knows that wouldn't be the way to go. Not only that, but Trump was more concerned with the possible corruption of the DNC and failed presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's campaign concerning lost servers and emails. Instead, Schiff used the clip to display his belief that Trump is Putin's puppet.

Here's what Schiff said after the clip in question played:

I’m sure you remember this. It was, I think, unforgettable for every American. But I’m sure it was equally unforgettable for Vladimir Putin. I mean there he is, the President of Russia standing next to the President of the United States, and hearing his own Kremlin propaganda talking points coming from the president of the United States. Now if that’s not a propaganda coup, I don’t know what is.

My first question is, how can Schiff so confidently stand there and make the claim that what Trump said was "Kremlin propaganda talking points?" How does he know that? Does Schiff have evidence that was one of the Kremlin's talking points?

You can judge for yourself by watching the clip below in full context:
