Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard about the perpetually offended getting their knickers in a twist over the classic Christmas song, “Baby, It’s Cold Outside.” The offense gestapo has been out in full force calling for a ban on the song, because they say it promotes forcing women to do things without their consent.
One family decided to take matters into their own hands and do a fantastically mocking version of the song.
YouTubers The Holderness Family released a video on Monday that sanitizes the song in a completely politically correct way in order to show how ridiculous everyone is being about a 74-year-old Christmas tune.
One part that a lot of people bring up as their proof that “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” is outdated and detrimental to women is the lyric, “Say what’s in this drink?” Critics of the song’s argument is that the lyric implies that they man in the song drugged the woman’s drink. No one thought that except the consistenly offended, so maybe that says something about their own twisted mindset.
Anyway, The Holderness Family kept that line but hilariously answered the lyrical question.
“Say what’s in this drink?”
“Um, nothing but sprite,” the man sang in PC fashion.

As of this writing the song has gone mega-viral on Facebook with more than 54 million views, while the YouTube version - which is no different than the Facebook version - has garnered more than 730,000 views.
People need to get over themselves and stop looking to be the victim in every situation just so they can feel something in their miserable hearts.
