There's not really much to say about this next one, except it's Friday and we could all use a little something to make us feel good about people.

World War II veteran Bernie Friedland celebrated his 95th birthday this past Sunday, and people from all over the community gave Friedland the salute he deserved - a drive-by parade. Friedland saluted each and every vehicle that passed by his home in Sarasota, Fla.

Take a look, and if this doesn't get you in the American feels, nothing will:

The Sarasota Police Department also paid tribute to Friedland on Twitter.

"We were honored to be among those who drove by the home of 1st Lieutenant Bernie Friedland today," the SPD tweeted, as reported by WTSP. "This young man, who is a World War II Veteran, celebrated his 95th birthday. Dozens of people from around #Sarasota wished him a special happy birthday & thanked him for his service."

Happy belated birthday to retired 1st Lt. Bernie Friedland! Thank you for your service, sir.
